Nostalgia. To my mother at haymaking

As the author, I sought to convey through the painting ‘Nostalgia. To Mother at Haymaking’ not only
an everyday scene, but also the emotional connection between people, their togetherness and the warmth that prevails in
rural life. This work is my sincere expression of love for Ukrainian traditions, for work that
unites generations, and for the simple but important moments of everyday life. It is important to me
that the viewer feels the tenderness and respect that live in these images and understands that
every rural courtyard is a whole universe, full of life, memory and culture
