Angel of Peace

This is the flagship work of artist Natalia Bereznyak.

‘Angel of Peace’ is a symbolic oil painting with gold leaf, created in Munich by a Ukrainian artist who was forced to leave her homeland because of the war.

The angel blessing the city embodies the desire for peace — not just tranquillity, but true prosperity, life without war, and the right to a future.

On the horizon, the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra is barely visible, representing a spiritual connection with Ukraine.

This work is a personal message of hope, longing and faith in the victory of peace for the whole country.
